Lambeau Field has been sold out on a season ticket basis since 1960 and we've been accumulating names on our legendary season ticket waiting list ever since. To add a name to the list, please send a written request and include the name, address, phone number and the number of tickets requested (limit four) to the Packers Ticket Office.

| Season Ticket Holder Policies |
| Account Holder Definition |
| The first line of your account information (as shown on your invoice and season ticket package) denotes the season ticket holder of record. For your protection, we will only accept payments, address changes, transfer requests and inquiries from the person designated as the season ticket holder, his or her spouse, or a legal representative. Tickets held in the name of a business should designate a company representative to make such changes and inquiries, whose name would appear on the second line of the account information. |

| Address Changes |
| Should your address change, please contact our office by mail or phone as soon as possible. Our computer system has the capability to manage seasonal and/or temporary addresses in addition to your permanent address. If your address is temporary or changes with the seasons, please indicate the dates you plan to be at each location. |

| Seat Upgrade Policy |
| To request a change in your seat location, send a written request to the Packers Ticket Office indicating the general area you wish your seats to be located. Your preference will be noted in your account and will remain a permanent record until we are able to accommodate you. Fans with special needs are given first consideration, while other requests are prioritized by ticket seniority and the date the request was submitted. In the event we are able to accommodate your upgrade request, we would contact you for your approval prior to any changes being made. Please bear in mind that the ticket renewal rate at Lambeau Field is usually close to 100% and the few cancellations we do receive are rarely in prime locations. |

| Transferring of Packers Season Tickets |
| Season tickets can be transferred to the below qualifying heirs and transferees upon the season ticket holder's notarized authorization on our official transfer form. Transfers are processed in January/February (or upon the completion of the football season) to take effect for the next season's invoicing. (Once the invoicing process has begun, all transfer requests are held until the following year.) Should you wish to transfer your tickets upon death, a completed transfer form can be left with your will to be presented after your demise. To obtain a copy of the transfer form, please contact the ticket office. |

| Official Policy on Transfer of Packers Season Tickets: |
We will honor a request for transfer as follows:
- a) Upon death of ticket holder
- 1) To surviving spouse; or if no spouse, the surviving children of a deceased ticket holder without authorization. (If children do not agree - no transfer.)
- 2) If direction by deceased under will or specific writing to family devisees defined in (b) but not to devisees who are not defined in (b), even with direction.
- b) To family, defined as, spouse and "blood" relatives who are not more than first cousins, on direction of ticket holder in writing during his or her life-time. (Excludes, for example, transfer to friends.)
- c) Transfer of business-owned tickets to primary owners or officers of the business by written direction and acquiescence of other primary owners (if any).
- 1) On voluntary dissolution to owners of closely held corporations with corporate resolution established by affidavit or documentation.
- 2) On involuntary dissolution, tickets revert to the Green Bay Packers. (Trustees or Receivers to have no claim of right.)
- d) Upon divorce or separation, we will honor a stipulation authorizing retention or transfer of tickets to one or both of the parties. Without stipulation or agreement, the tickets shall revert to the Packers who shall have the right to divide the tickets between the parties.
- e) The Packers remain committed to the many fans on the Season Ticket Waiting List. For this reason, the Packers strictly prohibit any transfer of season tickets except in the limited circumstances outlined above. Any unauthorized transfer of season tickets, or any attempt to circumvent the Official Policy on Transfer of Packers Season Tickets, will result in a violation of the Season Ticket Holder Policy, which may result in the revocation of season tickets and season ticket holder privileges.
Note: When tickets are transferred between family members (or other parties authorized by the Green Bay Packers), the user fee is not charged to the transferee and therefore no direct reimbursement is made to the transferor. The season ticket user fee will be reimbursed only when tickets are relinquished to or revoked by the Green Bay Packers and thereafter purchased by the next person(s) on the Season Ticket Waiting List. |

| Relinquishment of Season Tickets/Reimbursement of User Fee |
| Season ticket holders who choose to cancel all or a portion of their season tickets must submit their intent to cancel in writing to the Packers Ticket Office prior to paying their season ticket invoice, but no later than June 1. Season tickets cannot be cancelled after payment of season ticket invoice is made. The applicable user fee refund will be returned to the account holder, providing there are individuals on the season ticket waiting list who take the seats by paying the user fee. User fees are reimbursed during the period of April 1 - June 1. Account holders who submit a cancellation request after June 1 will be refunded the following year. |

| Green & Gold Package Scheduling |
| A preset formula assigns the Gold Package (former Milwaukee ticket holders) the preseason "Shrine" game, and games 2 and 5 of the regular season home schedule. The Green Package (original Lambeau Field ticket holders) receives the preseason "Bishop's Charities/Dave Thomas Foundation For Adoption" game and games 1,3,4,6,7 & 8 of the regular season home schedule. The NFL determines the date, time and opponent of the games in the spring of each year. |

| NFL Flexible Scheduling |
| Starting with the 2006 season, the NFL will be implementing "Flexible Scheduling" to give teams a chance to play their way onto NBC's Sunday night 7:15 (CST) primetime broadcast. Games subject to change with the Flexible Scheduling program include any Sunday afternoon contest scheduled in Weeks 10-15 and Week 17. (Week 10 of the 2006 NFL season is Sunday, Nov. 12.) Ticket holders should be aware that these game times are subject to change 12 days in advance in Weeks 10-15, and 6 days in advance in Week 17. | Season Invoicing and Ticket Distribution |
| Your season ticket invoice will typically be mailed to you in mid-March with a due date of mid-May. Accepted forms of payments include MasterCard or Visa, check, cash or money order. To insure the integrity of your account, we will only accept payments from the season ticket holder of record, his or her spouse, or legal representative. You can expect to receive your season tickets several weeks prior to the first scheduled home preseason game. |

| Playoff Invoicing and Ticket Distribution |
Invoices for potential playoff games will be mailed to you when it becomes apparent that the Packers have a reasonable chance to host postseason games (generally in mid November). All season ticket holders* will be invoiced for two possible home postseason games - a Wildcard or Playoff game, and a Championship game. (Based on the current scheduling system, it is not possible for any team to host more than two postseason games.) Accepted forms of payment include check, cash and money order. Due to time constraints, we regret that credit cards are not accepted for payment of playoff tickets, and no extensions can be made to the due date noted on the invoice.
*Green Package ticket holders are given the first option of obtaining their regular season seats for playoff game, while the remaining unsold seats are offered to the Gold Package holders through a random drawing. Gold holders not selected to receive playoff tickets will have their original un-cashed checks returned to them. |

| Playoff Refunds |
| In the event one or both playoff games are not played at Lambeau Field, you will be refunded the full cost of the tickets, minus the handling fee. A check box on your playoff invoice will give you the opportunity to apply this refund as a credit on the following year's season invoice. Fans who do not wish to take advantage of this option will be sent a refund check within 30 days of the date it has been determined that the Packers are eliminated from hosting games. |

| Super Bowl |
As a Non-Participant - The Packers receive a minimal amount of Super Bowl tickets for the players and coaches, leaving none available for general sale. If you wish to attend the Super Bowl, regardless of who is playing, please contact the National Football League at (212) 450-2000 to inquire about their nationwide lottery for Super Bowl tickets.
As a Participant - If it appears possible that the Packers could advance to the Super Bowl, every Packers season ticket account will automatically be entered in a computer-generated, random drawing, held in late December. Each account holder has an equal chance of having the opportunity to purchase two Super Bowl tickets. In the event your account is drawn, a letter/invoice will be mailed to you with the applicable instructions. If you are not interested in Super Bowl tickets, kindly check the appropriate box on your playoff invoice to opt out of the drawing to give others the opportunity. |

| Away Game Tickets |
| While we would love our fans to support us on the road, the small allotment of tickets we receive as the visiting team does not afford us the opportunity to accommodate your ticket requests for away games. However our official tour company, Packer Fan Tours (920-438-1640), may be able to assist you with a tour package. You can also contact the host stadium to inquire about single-game ticket availability. |

| Lost & Stolen Ticket Policy |
Your season tickets are extremely valuable and should be guarded accordingly. Under most circumstances, lost, damaged or stolen tickets can be replaced for the season ticket holder* at no charge. In the event of theft, please contact your local police department to report the crime and obtain a copy of the police report prior to contacting the ticket office to have the tickets replaced. To prevent "lost in the mail" problems, we strongly urge you to use an overnight or guaranteed delivery service, and always make note of the game opponent and seat location numbers of the tickets prior to sending.
Damaged tickets will be accepted at the turnstiles providing the ticket is intact and legible, but if the ticket has been damaged beyond recognition, a replacement will need to be issued. In all cases of lost, stolen, or damaged tickets, please contact a ticket office representative who will advise you on the necessary procedure to receive replacements.
* Replacement policies for non-season ticket holders are less liberal. Please contact the ticket office for more information. |

| Boy's & Girl's Club Ticket Program |
As partners in the community, the Green Bay Packers and the Boys & Girls Club work to give Green Bay youth life-enhancing skills and opportunities to grow into contributing adults - and you can help. If you find you are unable to use your Green Bay Packers tickets, please consider a tax-deductible donation of your unused tickets to the Boys & Girls Club of Green Bay. The club will then resell the tickets at face value and use the revenue to support important youth guidance and development programs for our community's youth. Please know that if you donate your tickets to the Boys & Girls Club, your season ticket account is exempt from our policy on unruly fan behavior. As long as you keep your receipt, you and your seats will be protected.

To receive a receipt, please include a self-addressed, stamped envelope. | FanTiXchange offers a unique, safe and official place for season ticket holders to sell their extra tickets at face value to members of the Packers Partners Club of Champions - the team's official fan club. The seller incurs no additional fees when selling their tickets, and is exempt from our policy on unruly fan behavior. The Packers will donate a portion of each transaction to the Boys and Girls Club of Green Bay. |

| Season Tickets as Revocable Licenses/Renewal of Season Tickets |
Season tickets are revocable licenses that may be revoked, and admission refused, at the sole discretion of the Packers by refunding the printed price thereon. The Packers reserve the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct the Packers deem to be disorderly or in noncompliance with the rules and regulations as promulgated by the Packers from time to time.
Season tickets are offered on a one-year basis only. The purchase of season tickets does not entitle a season ticket holder to purchase season tickets in any subsequent year. The opportunity to renew season tickets is a privilege granted by the Packers, which may be withdrawn at the discretion of the Packers. While the Packers have and will continue to exercise reasonable efforts to allow season ticket holders the opportunity to renew season tickets, the Packers nonetheless reserve the right to review all accounts before offering season tickets for the following season. |

| Unruly Behavior |
The Green Bay Packers Stadium Policy is designed to benefit the majority of fans - those who have come to enjoy the unrivaled excitement of NFL football. We do not want your day to be ruined by the unruly behavior of a thoughtless few.
If your enjoyment of the game is being marred by the actions of someone around you, please notify stadium security personnel of the problem immediately. The actions of the alleged offender will then be monitored and, upon observation of the disturbance, corrective measures will be taken. Unruly behavior which will not be tolerated at any Packers home game and, in some circumstances, will result in the offender's ejection from the stadium includes, but is not limited to:
- The obvious abuse of alcohol or other intoxicants.
- Fighting, taunting, or any action that may harm or endanger others in the stadium.
- Refusal to extinguish smoking materials in locations where smoking is prohibited.
- Abusive or foul language and obscene actions.
- Any behavior resulting in the disruption of the game.
- Any other conduct deemed to be beyond the bounds of reason for a spectator attending a professional sporting event.
Spectators who are arrested and repeat violators who are found to be season ticket holders may have their ticket privileges permanently revoked - regardless of whether or not the spectators or violators are the season ticket holders of record. |

| Official Notice of Unauthorized Ticket Use |
Any season ticket holder whose Green Bay Packers ticket(s) are found to be used for, or in conjunction with, any commercial purposes or promotions, including, but not limited to sweepstakes, giveaways or drawings will have their season ticket privileges permanently revoked with regard to those tickets in question.
The Green Bay Packers marketing department must approve the use of Green Bay Packers tickets for promotional purposes - charitable or otherwise.

This ticket is a revocable license. Admission may be refused or ticket holder ejected at the sole discretion of the Green Bay Packers, Inc. ("Packers"), subject to refund. The Packers may refuse admission to, or eject, any ticket holder without refund who is deemed to be disorderly, or who fails to comply with these terms or any and all security measures. You and your belongings may be searched upon entry into the Stadium, you consent to such searches and waive any related claims that you might have against the NFL, its member clubs, their affiliates and stadium landlord, or their agents. If you elect not to consent to the searches, you will be denied entry into the Stadium. NO CARRY-INS ALLOWED.
Ticket holder assumes all risks incident to the game or related events, including the risk of lost, stolen or damaged property or personal injury.
The ticket holder will not transmit or aid in transmitting any picture, account or description (whether text, data or visual) in any media now or hereafter existing of all or any part of the football game or related events. Breach of the foregoing may result in legal action against the holder.
The ticket holder grants to the NFL, the Packers and their designees the irrevocable permission to use his or her voice or likeness in any media now or hereafter existing in related events, for any purpose whatsoever, including the commercial purposes of the NFL, the Packers and their sponsors, Licensees, advertisers or broadcasters.
All sales are final. Lost, stolen or counterfeit tickets, or those offered for resale at an unlawful premium, may not be honored. Date and game time are subject to change by the NFL in accordance with its scheduling policies or as a result of other actions or events beyond the NFL's control. No refund will be provided if ticket holder cannot attend.
The ticket holder may not enter the football game or otherwise use this ticket for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including contests, sweepstakes and giveaways) without the NFL's and Packers' express written consent.
Abusive and foul language, obscene actions, fighting or taunting, visible intoxication and any disruption to the game due to a guest's behavior will not be tolerated at Lambeau Field.
