'Rockin' Road House Tour' Featured
At Lambeau Field's 'Rebirth Of A Legend'

Lambeau Field will be rocking on Saturday night, September 6th, and one of the music world's hottest country groups will be providing the music.
"Rockin' Roadhouse Tour 2003," featuring country music greats Joe Diffie, David Kersh and Tracy Lawrence will be live at Lambeau for the "Rebirth of a Legend" event.
"This is a night our fans won't want to miss," said Packers Executive Vice President and COO John Jones. "The Roadhouse Tour has been playing to sold out audiences across the nation and they will bring their special brand of energy and musical talents to this great night. We are very excited they're participating in our grand opening celebration."
The Roadhouse Tour features the collective talents of three top-notch country musicians. Joe Diffie has had 12 number one songs and 17 top ten songs, including the blockbuster, "In Another World."
David Kersh is a rising young country star that is known for successfully combining the driving spirit of "young country," the old time sound of honky-tonk and the heart tugging impact of the classic ballad. His recent release, "Good night Sweetheart" is quickly becoming a slow-dance standard.
Tracy Lawrence is one of country music's most consistently successful artists with sales of more than 10-million albums. He was Billboard's "Top New Male Vocalist" in 1992 and the American Country Music's "Top New Male Vocalist of the Year" in 1993.
In addition to the "Rockin' Roadhouse Tour," Packers legends Bart Starr, Willie Davis, Paul Hornung, Lynn Dickey, Robert Brooks, Paul Coffman, Don Majkowski, Chester Marcol, Max McGee and Ron Wolf will all be live at Lambeau.
Special videos and highlights of Lambeau's greatest moments will be part of the festivities, which will be capped off with a fireworks display. In addition, attendees will receive a special commemorative item.
The "Rebirth of a Legend" event runs from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m with television coverage from 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
